The Parish Council notes that only one of the proposed development sites has been approved and carried into the Local Plan. This is the site at the rear of Staplake Road. The Parish Council notes that this is a Brownfield Site within the Village boundary. We await further progress, plans, etc., when our view will be considered in the normal way.
We will also raise concerns regarding the continued developments in Dawlish and the effect of extra traffic in Starcross.
