Small Grants Scheme

Starcross Parish Council has allocated funds in its budget under Section 137 of the 1972 Local Government Act. This section allows local councils to incur expenditure which, in their opinion, is in the interests of, and will bring direct benefit to, their area or any part of it or all or some of its inhabitants and for which no other legislation can be applied.

The Parish Council invites local organisations to apply for a small grant for the period April 2023 to March 2024. In order to qualify you need to apply to the Parish Council before 28th February 2023. Application forms and guidelines are available from Suzanna Hughes (Parish Clerk).
